Converting a Video using VLC Media Player

To Convert Videos with VLC Media player follow the steps given below:

1. Open VLC Media Player.
2. Click On Media Option in the Menu Bar.
3. Select the Convert/Save option from the dropdown list. Alternatively, you can use Ctrl + R as the shortcut to above two steps.

4.Select Add and browse the video you want to convert.
5.  In the following dialog box, click on browse to select the destination where you want to save the converted video.  

6. From the profile Option you can select the format or you can select from a range of encapsulation, video and audio formats in the following dialog box if you wish to customize the output.
7. Click start and wait until it is finished.
8. You can even RESIZE the video if you customize the profile.
